Timberholm Inn Policies
Check Availability
Rates:
Rates are in US Dollars, are based on
double occupancy, exclude Vermont Lodging Tax (10%), and include our full
country breakfast and daily afternoon treat. Timberholm Inn has NO hidden
fees such as automatic gratuity or service charges which are common in our
area. Please be aware of this when comparing our rates with other inns.
Deposits:
A credit card deposit with Visa or MasterCard is required for
each room reserved. A declined credit card will void your reservation.
An equivalent to one night's lodging including tax will be charged
at time of reservation for stays 5 days or less. A deposit of
50% including tax will be taken for stays over 5 days or for
any packaged rate or for reservations of more than one room.
Balances are collected upon Check-In. Gift Certificates are charged
in full at time of order.
Cancellations:
We take your reservation seriously and guarantee your room on
your arrival date. Timberholm Inn is a small, owner-operated
inn and cancellations affect us significantly. We do not overbook
like chain hotels do and therefore we cannot absorb, for any
reason, the cost of your cancellation or recover the business
we have turned away. If you feel, for any reason, that you might
not be able to honor your reservation and you do not like being
subject to cancellation fees, please purchase travel or trip
cancellation insurance. Parties who shorten their stay or are
no-shows are responsible for the entire period that they reserved.
The County of Lamoille in the State of Vermont shall be the jurisdiction
for any dispute arising from a reservation.
Refunds:
In order to receive a refund of your deposit (minus cancellation
fee), you must notify us of your intent to cancel more than 14
days (30 days for holiday periods) prior to your arrival date.
Holiday periods include Fall Foliage (last week of September
through third week of October), Christmas Week, New Year's Week,
Presidents' Week, Martin Luther King Weekend, 4th of July Weekend,
and Special Event weekends. A $25 cancellation fee for each room
reserved will be deducted from your deposit(s). If you cancel
your reservation, for any reason, within 14 days (30 days for
holiday periods) of your reservation arrival date, your deposit
is not refundable. There is no credit or refund for early departures.
Check-In
/ Check-out:
Check-in is 3PM to 9PM. If you expect to arrive outside of these
hours, please call ahead to request special arrangements. Payment
in full is required at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
or cash. Check out is by 11 AM on your departure day.
Smoking:
Timberholm is a non-smoking inn. Smoking is permitted outdoors
only and smokers must use designated butt receptacles. Smoking
anywhere indoors, including your room, is strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance will result in a $50 per night surcharge.
Children:
Well-mannered children are welcome at Timberholm Inn. We expect
parents to be respectful of other guests and to monitor their
children at all times and to correct their children if they become
noisy or unruly.
Pets:
For safety and sanitation reasons, we cannot accommodate guests'
pets or allow visiting pets on the property. We will be happy
to refer you to local boarding services in town.
Nondiscrimination:
Timberholm Inn does not cater exclusively to any segment of society.
We are open to all regardless of race, color, creed, national
origin, ancestry, sex, marital status, disability, religious
