Breakfast is truly a Vermont experience at Timberholm. Wake to the
aroma of Vermont-roasted coffee; we buy whole beans and freshly
grind them as we brew each pot. Savor our full country breakfast
that always includes seasonal fresh fruit, home baked specialty
bread, and a hearty gourmet egg dish. We’re happy to accommodate
most dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, diabetic,
and gluten-free.

As proud members of the Vermont Fresh Network, we use the best
Vermont products available including Vermont-milled flour,
eggs from our own organically fed, free-ranged
hens, sausage and bacon from our region’s farms, seasonal
fruits and vegetables, and local dairy products including
Vermont’s award-winning cheddar. In addition to
Vermont-roasted coffee, we also offer a nice selection of
locally blended herbal and regular teas. And of course, there
is always plenty of Vermont apple cider and pure Vermont maple
syrup to accompany your meal. You won’t leave the table
hungry!
